Jewish communities need strong and prepared leaders. Everyone brings varied talents with them and each person has different strengths and talents. But what about the foundational skills of running and leading a congregation? The URJ’s Leadership Bootcamp is an online program featuring a keynote presentation and a wide selection of diverse breakout sessions focused on building these foundational leadership skills.

During this 5-hour seminar, you will:

• Gain essential foundational skills to help you become better prepared for your current and future leadership roles.
• Learn and network with other congregational leaders within the Reform Movement.
• Self-select three different learning sessions that are meaningful and important to your goals as a much needed volunteer in your community
• Understand the resources and expertise that the Union for Reform Judaism and their partners in the Reform Movement can provide, both at this program and as you move your community forward.
