In this three-hour, online experience designed for your full congregational board, your leadership will gain the shared foundation needed to lead your congregation with purpose and impact. This Board Orientation Boot Camp will help boards take a proactive approach, creating a shared understanding of what is expected of them as board members, empowering them to launch the year with confidence.

Individual registration is still available using the registration link provided to the person who registered your congregation.

Registration works a little different for this program. One person from your congregation will register your board as a team. They will then receive a link for you to register as a part of that team.

• Consider the different types of governance that board members are called upon to do.
• Build shared language and alignment as a leadership team.
• Strengthen relationships with each other.
