URJ Teen Leadership Fellowship Application

The URJ Teen Leadership Fellowship is an engaging, impactful program comprised of strategic virtual sessions, teen-specific in-person programming, and community-wide learning, worship, and engagement opportunities with leaders from across North America at the URJ Biennial December 11-13, 2026 in Philadelphia, PA. Fellows will gain leadership learning skills that can be taken out of the context of the fellowship, and join a community of leaders they can engage with as a resource and brain trust throughout their existing and future leadership terms.
