12PM - 5PM EST / 9AM - 2PM PST

A day of online learning foundational skills for leaders from all parts of Jewish life, seeking to know more about the organizational side of Reform Jewish leadership.

Jewish communities need strong, prepared leaders. While every leader brings unique talents and strengths to the table, effective congregational leadership also requires a set of foundational leadership skills.

The URJ’s Leadership Bootcamp is a five-hour, online learning experience designed for current and emerging leaders from across Jewish life who want to strengthen their understanding of the organizational side of Reform Jewish leadership. The program features a keynote presentation and a wide range of breakout sessions focused on the practical skills leaders need to help their communities thrive.

During this five-hour seminar, you will:

  • Build essential leadership skills to become better prepared for your current and future leadership roles.
  • Learn and connect with fellow congregational leaders from across the Reform Movement.
  • Choose three learning sessions that align with your interests, goals, and the needs of your community.
  • Discover resources and expertise available through the Union for Reform Judaism and their partners in the Reform Movement, both during the Boot Camp and as you continue leading your community forward.
